Working with Digital Woohoo we created a magnetic marine ply sign for FoN’s metal clad performance space.

guide to make alignment easier when you're up a ladder.
It looks lush in-situ, tying together the surrounding wood and metal nicely.

We wanted letters cut thicker than our laser machine can handle so we adapted the design for a CNC machine and handing over cutting to our friends at Digital Woohoo who did a perfect job with 18mm Marine ply
Many hours glueing, filing and sanding later we have some lovely smooth letters!
Then after 4 coats of exterior matte varnish front and back and a set of Neodymium magnets per letter they were ready... And look excellent in our fridge test run!
